The true reason why Seamus left the creatures was because he feared for his life. Every moment he was in the office he would be constantly keeping an ear out for the tell-tale sign of Jordan's handiwork crumbling. The only reason why Jordan's builds haven't fallen apart was them supporting one another. When one goes down the entire building goes down.

As someone who has a little experience with this stuff, my suggestion is to find and actual stud and drill into it. Don't use dry wall anchors, they will rip right out. Also, wood screws are a better choice.
