Why you don't have a million subs is beyaond me. I find your family's content far superior to the others i watch. Your family is so down to earth, also your children don't give off the privileged vibe. Your oldest was working hard toward his dream, and poor circumstances casued a halt in them. The EMC, was working in Aus, for money he needed. Ivan will just have to suffer being a football star. keep giving out the entertainment i love, thank you.

After having followed sailing and adventurous couples for a few years on Yotube, Australians, Americans, English, Kiwis, South Africans, Canadians and a few mixed with Swedes, I would conclude I have much more in common with YOU, maybe because og age and humour of course. Also a few single sailors, a Brit, a girl, a Norwegian. I might have stopped travelling in real life, but not with Yotube..I wonder if will have to be patient, especially my arthrose and possible metabolism problems - maybe more...my youtube experiences are invaluable for my present health situation.. Thank you, Kiwis!

Wow, another Sunday, and another world class video from the Amazing Cruising Kiwis, I have had to watch this one 2 or 3 times now, y'all are my most favorite family, just got to love Ivan, with or without chocolate on his face, Lol. And all the different people that you have come stay on board with you for a time, it is awesome. And yes Ollie is a 4 year old Ivan, I hope Clint, Ollie and Brock had a great time with y'all, and then of course Clair and Adam with their bikes also. I would so love to come and sail with y'all but that will never happen, not with my COPD and being on oxygen 24/7, but I can be there with you on your videos. I am going to have to share this video on any and all media that I can, thank you so much for being here today. O and by the way, I have had to order more chocolate candy from New Zealand, Lol.

Can I ask why folk don’t just sail with full sails right up to the last three miles then just heave to till daylight? I mean, the wind isn’t guaranteed for the next few hours…. isn’t it better to make the miles? I’ve seen it in so many channels vids that people set sails to match a speed for arrival…. I must be wrong but I don’t understand it. Anyway…. love your vids. Pity the algorithm doesn’t do you justice.

Please guys luv you guys but Ivan has got some bad habits of putting his hand on the anchorage chain Gypsies when operating . Just one simple slip and at least 1 knuckle is gone . I’ve seen it happen to a crew member and there is no coming back to stitch it back on. Just tidy it up.

Thanks, John. Do you mean when he's dropping the anchor? If so, he's doing that to help keep the chain on the gypsy. It has, on occasion, jumped off. A pair of gloves wouldn't hurt. If, when bringing chain up, I agree, that's not ideal.
