She's such a beautiful artist/human being, and I just desperately wish she was happy. She's saved my life plenty of times, but using such a powerful voice must come with quite the weight. I hate to be one of "those" fans, but seeing her still playing makes me feel like something in this fucked up world makes sense, and I hope some day she can sing more happy songs (without a macabre irony.) Also when a performer is in tears, after playing a song, something about it is an extremely beautiful experience, from both perspectives.
