I think the thing that makes it worse is he was a successful race shop first. It's easier when you start a shop because of your youtube channel, e.g. VGG, Cleetus, because your workload is based around KZbin, but Kevin has customers and business from long before KZbin.

I used to own my own shop. Was a motorcycle shop. SO yeah, I understand the frustrations of late nights, trying to get bikes out on time, keeping quality at the highest it can be. I actually gave a lifetime warranty on every one of my wiring harnesses, a year warranty on every engine I ever built (but I'm choosing the parts) and a year warranty on every transmission I ever built. Been a lot of days starting at 7AM and ending well past midnight. I Still love bikes, but am glad I'm retired now just playing with my own cars, trucks and hotrods!

17:48 - The exhilaration of going fast is somewhere during the extended time, G-force launches. Other than that… Non stop things to do. The race teams that have dedicated engine people, (one example); I understand better how the top-fuelers run the 3 second 1/4-milers. Spare ready to go everything. Every moving part, use time recorded, weighed, measured, etc., part replacements appear to be on their own set time schedule. You are doing so well with all the bases you cover. 👍👍👍
