I’m really enjoying your videos. Really good editing. I completed my first 60 mile ride on Saturday. Far too cold but I got it done. I had this thing in my head that you shouldn’t stop or it doesn’t really count. I had 1 bottle of water and 2 measly bananas which I consumed on the move. It’s nice to see better riders than me stopping and eating. I’ll wait for some spring weather to go for the 100 mile ride.

Well done... it’s not easy in the cold! But definitely allow yourself a break, it’s a must for me and definitely isn’t “cheating” 😁👍

Addictive channel. I notice your demeanour change from #1 onwards. Even the re recording of your original intro, more energy. Shows that no alcohol and more exercise really is the best drug. ✌🏻🏴

I've done 2 century's ...the first was a absolute disaster, I ended up with 2nd degree burns on my calfs, ran out of water , bonked and it was the hottest day ever recorded in my country 😑 a year after that I did it again and it went very smoothly.. we live and learn. 🙏

Great content guv! Sound tracks are spot on too. I'm a relative newbie looking to build to a century one day. How long do you normally take on your stops?

I don’t have any set rules... I just do whatever I’m feeling. I think riding should always be about enjoying yourself... so just don’t over think it and have fun! 😁👍

Hey do your ride with tubeless tyres or just standard tube tyres ? Are tubeless worth it as I have read there’s lots of maintenance with them

No lie! I’m watching you ride under the railway bridge at manningtree 7:25 then look out the window of my train and see the exact spot IRL. 😆

How much hydration should you take on a 100 mile ride would 2 full bottles be enough?
