This is why I love my SRAM AXS, I can carry a spare battery or if I don’t have one I can swap the front and rear batteries 😉. Great video again, Thomas. Montejunto is awesome, and the Vila Verde climb is surely the most enjoyable, all the others are much harder (but you have to do them anyway 😂). I'm glad you're enjoying our roads and scenery. Next saturday you should definitely do the Tróia-Sagres event, it's such a cool day out on the bike! 😉

I was thinking the same thing and I'm a sram user. Di2 guys only need to charge every few month. I do a charge about 3 to 4 weeks.

Maybe he accidently lent the bike up against the wall amd it pressed a button. That drains the battery. Happened to me once before

Di2 hack - if you are left stuck in an impossible gear, plug another bike’s derailleur cable into your derailleur and change to a gear you can ride home with 👍

If you want to hang with those guys on climbs, go to Madeira and spend a couple of weeks on those roads. You will never fear a 12% grade again...ever. But the 28 will have to go.

Yep I went back to mechanical from 12sp Di2. One less thing to charge and worry about and with compression less housing the shifting is so clean and quick. I don't miss Di2 at all
