I have abstained from alcohol for last three weeks (23 days) due to being mildly positive COVID 19. I have fully recovered and there are no signs any Covid related issues and have been declared negative and fit at the end of April. I was considering of having some drinks on next Saturday but your attempt has motivated me to attempt to abstain from alcohal for atleast 30 days.

Seemed impossible, but it’s been over 7 months and I don’t crave a drop of alcohol, the KEY difference was that I didn’t suffer withdrawal, not even within the first 30 days after I actually applied what I talked about. No need for AA meetings or meds either, I just luckily go’ogled Steffon Barkload’s latest, man, wish I had done it sooner.
