Your Mom is a lucky lady. This is a dream craft room. I’ve had the same IKEA sewing table since 1990. I shop IKEA waaaay too often, recently looking for a new sewing table. I finally decided to keep what I have, it works for me.

WOW. This room--yes!--blew my mind! Pretty much my dream crafting space! What a wonderful daughter you are to give this gift to your mom! Clean, organized, bright, lots of space and place to put things! As a lifelong apartment dweller, all of my crafting seemed to always take a back seat because I just never had the space. Your mom will love using this space! But DON'T FORGET you may have to drill out holes in the back of any tall cabinets if you require any electrics (if the holes aren't there already) so you don't have to keep pulling out all of those big cabinets away from the walls. GREAT job! 🦩👍

Your mama is clearly someone who isn't used to being doted on. Let me guess... she's always been someone who does all the doting, perhaps 'behind the scenes' essentially?! Reminds me a lot of my mom (ie; never wants the spot light on her, but is always quick to be there to cheer you on/provide any & all support w/never any need to be re-paid because the biggest reward for her is seeing you succeed & happy & she will do anything to make sure that happens, even if it means she constantly puts herself last!) Well kudos to you for making sure she not only gets her time to shine, so to speak, but while also providing her a beautiful space to do what she loves most (2nd to being your mom, of course!) I hope to some day be able to do something like this for my mama--thanks for setting such a prime example of how to do it right! You rock. 🎉❤
