Sometimes you need to combine working smart and working hard. it took me time and patience to become a good trader. I was liquidated twice and lost my mortgage deposit when I started, but instead of giving up, I learned and practiced trading. Then got a CFP. Four years later, I'm glad I did. $430k accumulated till date.
@BunnydrilleАй бұрын
Wow, this is excellent! you worked hard there. As a beginner, it can be challenging to keep up with all this information. How do you stay informed? You must be an experienced trader with many years of experience to be that profitable.

Can you recommend your CFP. my portfolio isn't doing well, and I need help.

"Melissa Elise Robinson" is the CFA I use. Just research the name. You’d find necessary details to work with to set up an appointment.

Makes no sense to sit there and run through Netflix with him, rather than spend time on TSLA with him since that is what he bought. You're just adding another layer of confusion, rather than continue to dig into something he already has some attachment to. All you did was spew a bunch of noise at him.

I have a question. I’m new. If I buy a call like he did in this video and turn around and sell the contact for profit, do I have to pay out if the buyer kept it until expiration and the stock was much higher than the strike price?
@dylanwillan52793 ай бұрын
No, you buy at your strike price and you get what you sell. If your contract expires in 1 week and you sell your contract after the first day that’s what you get the rest of the 6 days don’t matter

Just understand that if you're not buying deep in the money contracts or puts 6 months or a year out, then you're just gambling. For example, if tlsa is 150 now, buying contracts at 145 for July 09, 25 is a good way to gain a lot with less $ and risk.

(Please do not take financial advice from youtubers, an appointment with a financial advisor at the bank you hold your checking and savings accounts is free and will save you time & money) Multiple reasons. For options knowing whether it will be bullish(more money) or bearish(less money) could help you in deciding whether to place a call(over) or a put(under) order. Options are over/under bets essentially and with the right research and observations you can place some pretty accurate estimates. I personally don't trade options as I'm more of a conservative long term investor but if I were going to start taking on risk I would definitely choose options trading over day trading as in my opinion it's a lot less leg work

For small investments like this depending on what you want to get out of it I have 2 suggestions Firstly allow me to inform you that speaking with a financial advisor is free at most banks so long as you have an account Onto my suggestions If you want immediate results in return for more risk, options are a good start if you got some money to throw into it a little can go a long way as explained in the video If you want to just gain wealth or save while combatting inflation and really can't afford risk I would suggest investing into what's called index funds, or maybe mutual funds or Bank CD's I have more suggestions for long term as that's what I deal with but that's what me and my advisor had come to the conclusion on, I beg you to call your bank and setup a free appointment with an advisor to verbatim "evaluate the current status of my finances and discuss possible opportunities within your institution" If you say that they will get you an advisor in hopes that they can sell you on an advisory program but I wouldn't do so unless you need and can afford it. Thank you

What’s the purpose of this video? You are blabbering a bunch of information in a 30 min video trying to explain to this guy everything when it’s going over his head. I get you’re trying to teach but you are trying to cram a bunch of subjects all into one little video and he looks puzzled when he’s never done trading nor options. Be better man. Trading is an art and takes years to develop. Next thing you know he tries to dump all his savings because he learned some support line you taught.
