I can not believe I found this video! My dad has worked at Coleto Creek Power Station for 40 years, I grew up in the area and Smashing Pumpkins is my ALL TIME FAVORITE BAND! It was the first band I ever saw live in Austin when I was 16. Years later I saw them again with my daughter in Austin when she turned 16. My first EVER art show was in Kennedy, Tx! Love this! I am from this area!

The Hanging Tree is probably pretty creepy at night. :-/ My hubby's band played at Washington Square in South Beach (back when SoBe was cool) and their band did play with Smashing Pumpkins before they were big. :-) They also played with Marilyn Manson & The Spooky Kids, before MM became famous and the "Spooky Kids" part was dropped. Cool guys!

Smashing Pumpkins were one of my favourite bands as a teen, I also was told by many a stranger I looked liked billy corgan in my youthful thinner days. I am in my 30s and have a husband and 3 children. We do not have Internet or television at home. If we want to use the Internet, we do so at work or go out to a coffee shop. It has made are lives a lot more productive and interesting, I think. We go on a lot more adventures, play a lot more board games, talk to each other, and read a lot more books. We find we get addicted to tv and Internet when around it too long.
