Yeah, probably extremely nasty at this point in that heat. I wonder how long they have been sitting in there. The theater was way cool too. Will any of those places be making an appearance on your main channel? You must be getting more content then you know what to do with for your main channel. Long live the road trip! Tucumcari, NM is a nice stretch of 66 and that Conaco station in TX is incredible! If your heading through Memphis, TX way it's worth a stop just for the town square. Adventure On !

These drone shots are rockin. Glad you're doing taking Route 66 detours. When I left my job and everything else with no plan 6 years ago, I just started driving, and drove many of these same roads. I really want to do it again.

This is definitely one of my favorites so far since you've left California. Actually getting inside of some of the abandoned places and then a few of the bigger 'Cars' inspirations in this duration was awesome. Congratulations on the water though, I don't know how you did it. I went a couple months of the water routine but I STILL needed at least the cup of coffee every morning. Oi. I can't imagine how nice that first sip was.

I went on a little motorcycle tour in Oklahoma with my brother down route 66. Some cool stuff but also sad because of what used to be. Keep rockin, Woo!

Man I bet that coffee tasted great! It's interesting how certain parts of Route 66 seem to be thriving from tourism, yet others are left abandoned because they didn't have enough business to support them.

It`s pretty hard to sell nostalgia for the entire length of Route 66.Most people see it a few times and it`s back on the interstate.

Adam, I've been following you on and off for a few years now. I started making the Daily Woo part of my daily routine about a month ago. Thanks for the great content. I love all the Disney stuff and famous filming locations. I just visited the diner the last scene of the Sopranos was filmed at in May. Hope you're in Orlando before too long and can do a meet up!

I remember watching one of the Tori and Dean's episodes where they went on a road trip to Atlanta . When they stopped in Texts , they stopped at the Cadillac Ranch and signed the cars . I would like to see that in person someday . So neat you got to visit that !! Thanks for sharing !!

back in the 90s I worked for AAA as a service counselor,i did trip time for members,i waited on a member who was doing a road trip,flying to Chicago then driving to Los Angeles he wanted a trip to for the old route 66,i did it with another counselor, took 2 weeks to finish the trip too for the member, very challenging task, but I did it.

Looks like you drove through Tucumcari, NM. I took a trip through that very same stretch of Texas to Arizona, and by far my trip through New Mexico was the most interesting, specifically Tucumcari. It's a literal time warp to the heyday of Route 66. I'd love to see more of it someday, but for now the Internet can live vicariously through TheDailyWoo videos.

Wow love your videos, the majestic really provides some great shots. So much desolation and abandonment out west and 66. Seems like a lot of broken dreams. Adam just curious could you get a local paper out there and just check on what the real estate prices would be for the places you've seen abandoned? Seems like it would almost be giveaway prices.
