I worked in a video store too once upon a time...one of my very favorite jobs. I worked mostly on my own, night shift, closing up shop. I had the whole Pretty in Pink vibe going. Loved it! lol The bike thing was hilarious!! The dune buggy is SO COOL!!! Such an old school vibe in this video, love it! Years from now archeologists are going to uncover this tiny town and think people were miniature sized in the early 2000's. 😄

Thanks for spending some time in the town I live and a place I work even if it was just another drive by. The visitor center might be open after yoga tomorrow morning (hit or miss with the construction). We close the theater around 3ish for the concert. 😉

Tiny Town originally opened in 1920, it started being built in 1915 as a play area for his daughter. It closed several times during the years, flooded a few times as well, I went in the 60’s , it has changed owners many times over the years

Another absolutely perfect day, a little bit of everything I love, and hilarious too. I really enjoyed this one. That video store had the best laserdisc section I've seen in a long while, and I finally spotted some LD titles I've never seen before. Also riding a steam train is my happy place... so I definitely need to get out to that Tiny Town someday. And then a ride through Red Rocks? Too much show! Thank you Adam and Denver Jim👏👏

In your travels, please come visit The Oregon Coast Scenic RR between Garibaldi, Oregon and Rockaway Beach. My son and husband restored an old Steam Engine in Washington State and took it there to start this Tourist Railroad about 20 years ago.
