I was looking at pictures from this period where I was in average shape and I said I looked fat. A family member said you don't look fat you look comfortable. I strive to never be comfortable again

I was always underweight as a kid and young adult. Now I'm at weight and probably a few extra (190 ish). It's not easy trying to keep it down.
