I will say this Mitch's assessment of Justin Verlander's pitching problems from the 2013 season were pretty spot on. It's something that the pitching coach should have been able to spot/see and fix but he can't so it continued until JV realized what was wrong and "HE" fixed it himself. Mitch I think you would make a good pitching coach someday if you decided to go down that road.

Lenny Dykstra said the same about steroid use on this same show. He was a small guy and it was difficult to go 162 games without the help.
