@tijanska I'm a confused person. I love this story! I totally support writing and your channel. Love science fiction and people who make it possible. Seriously my opinion isn't worth a penny. What matters is the work you do. Steven King, Michael Criton, L Ron Hunbart, Frank Hurburt some stuff is great some is not. I appreciate the craft!

Great narration as usual. Not my favorite story but not my preferred genre either so could just be me.

Do you also get mad at every word that is pronounced differently due to different accents? And I’m not just talking about something like chassis being pronounced with a “sh” sound by people who live in the UK or Australia. I’m speaking of the dozens of accents in the USA and Canada as well. For instance Charlotte if pronounced by someone from New England often is pronounced Charlowe. Do you get angry that the Boston Celtics are pronounced with an S instead of a K sound? I could go on and on but my point is that while cacophony is pronounced with a short “a” sound by this narrator, that doesn’t mean it’s wrong. Especially if spoke. By a New Yorker or someone from Boston. It’s just an accent difference. It would only be wrong if extra letters were added.

really shouldnt have set the story in the one place nothing was happening. and Clio is nearly the dumbest character ive ever read of

It's just not a good story. Don't tell the main comment section because people will crucify me for saying this.

I am at Minute 16. Thise girls are just assholes. "well I am not helping that passed out guy but I may eat him!" I wouldn't do shit for someone who acted like that to me.

Author here. Thanks for your comment. The story was purposely set up in the catacombs and away from the "action" of the invasion. But something is happening down there as well. I was going for a "The Mist" vibe, more than "The War of the Worlds".Clio was never meant to be a "smart" character. Obsession makes people very dumb, in fact. I'm sad to hear you disliked this story, but I hope you'll find something more to your liking on the channel. Cheers!

Oh my god, how many narrators can't pronounce cacophony ? Another pronounced it cackaphony and another cakophoney... Sorry, i love this ch and stories, but seriously, what is up with this inability to pronounce this word ? I've noticed it on 3 or 4 different ch all said in different ways, but all equally wrong ! As i said, i love this ch, and this is just a little thing that I've noticed that keeps getting to me . I just figure if you read stuff for a living, shouldn't you know how to pronounce the words you're reading ? Surely the two go hand in hand ? Great story great author but stuff like that takes from it ... I dont know maybe its my adhd messing with my head ? Its also why i have to speak what i honestly think. i literally cant stop myself, so sorry if ppl think it cun×ish of me to point that out, but there it is . I feel no need to lie or for holding back. Why bother ? If more ppl spoke honestly, the world would not be in such a state of confusion, and everyone would always know where they stand and how ppl feel about it . Anyway, I love the ch and most of the narrations and authors. Xx

If you're talking about Vidiith22 I'm pretty sure he mispronounces it on purpose. It's kinda funny.
