As an Amazon employee let me share some information regarding shipping. Please do not order any liquids and non-liquid items (i.e. electronics etc) to be shipped in the same box. Many delays are the result of liquids that spill and the packages have to be replaced/re-ordered. When you are ordering you can request items to be shipped in separate boxes.

Been a Prime member for almost 5yrs, and I love it. I use most of their features, and love Prime Video. Shopping secret #11: You can add names onto your Prime membership. This works great for family members who have an Amazon log in, but you can also put the name of a friend on your membership. I realized this when my wife was finding stuff on Amazon and then coming to me to make the purchase because she didn't want to pay for Prime. I just added her name to mine and now she can use her own log in and use Prime without paying a membership fee.

My family has been buying from Amazon since 1994 back when they only sold books. I used to have coffee mugs they gave out as gifts. I actually used to talk to them on the phone and give them urls for other online book stores so they could coordinate & make deals with them. I miss when they had US based customer service. I have friends who are on Medicaid & get EBT so I will let them know about the discounts. Hopefully it will really help out as they have a brand new baby & are struggling. I would love to see you do something like this for Lowes. I like Lowes bc they let me apply my military discount to online orders and in-store pickup orders. There's an employee there who keeps trying to get me to set up a Lowes credit card saying something about 20% off but I don't know all the details & she always seems to catch me when I'm in a hurry. LOL.

thanks for this content. with myself being a tightwad I have used the amazon "renewed / open box" several times with great results. One time I swear the item was brand new - never even opened. But I also got a stinker. the item was broken and the way it was packaged and the location of the broken piece (in a zip lock bag lol) , I could tell it did not happen in transit to me. FYI when buying baked goods breads etc anything with a colored plastic tab the colors are due to freshness, so say a blue is fresh then green,orange white yellow ,eachtime say Dempsters,Wonderbread etc come to restock the tab color will change,so if your looking at your bread and see blue & green tabs grab the green, after the yellow it goes back to blue & so on. Most people just grab from the back But softies a store will put what they want gone to the back or mix it up so check your colors.

If you need a product on Amazon and you can get it used get it used. On the product list choose more buying options. Make sure it’s Amazon certified. The price is way lower. Usually it’s a open box return and the product is in perfect condition. I got a Keurig Mini Jan 2022 for $55 free shipping compared to $70 to $80.

Thanks for all the great info Matt! You suggest that we contact customer service if we have problems… But that's not always possible. I've had a few problems with inaccurate descriptions when buying products and therefore getting the wrong size of or less of an item. This is usually easily corrected if they are third party Sellers, but when Amazon fulfills them you can't always find so where to submit a complaint or feedback. And calling right now doesn't work, because they're not open due to Covid-19… Do you have any other suggestions on how I can resolve some issues? Also, I always forget about Amazon Video… Although I have found quite a few things that I want to watch and I add them to my list every time I turn on my Fire Stick Hulu, Netflix and KZbin are right there so I always go for one of those instead.

On Amazon I noticed that when I sort from lowest price to highest it doesn't display the black Friday sales in that order. It displays items in the order of their original price. So, if you have a max budget keep scrolling because you might find something better at a lower price.

This is true for me 09:12 What I do is put things I want in the Amazon shopping list and when I get to $25.00 for free shipping then I buy it. ALSO if you look for the exact same item on ebay you probably will find it it will cost a little more probably have free shipping then you don't have to wait. Even if I didn't buy three things a month the prime video's and the free reading especially the magazines alone would pay for my membership if I were to add up the cost of all those magazines if I had had to buy them. But with this covid-19 in progress, I've definitely been getting my money's worth with Prime

I LOVE PRIME VIDEO. It has at times more international selections then Netflix does, along with Murder She Wrote, and other older shows.

I have had Amazon prime for years. I use most of the offerings. I haven't had cable TV for years and have streamed Amazon video almost exclusively. With the exception of watching your great videos on KZbin.

For the warehouse, if you use the app on your phone: click the three horizontal menu bar, then go to “shop by department” , then click “see all” and go to “Amazon warehouse”. For the coupons, you can usually see a coupon if available on an item you were looking at/for, or in the Amazon search bar type : “coupons” and the coupon icon will appear underneath. Hope this helps, I’m not sure how it works on a computer/laptop as I shop on my phone.

i had a subscription for toilet bowl cleaner which started at 1.78 a month then it went to 1.98 the next month then it went up to 2.15 a month so i canceled it. i was under the impression that subscriptions were supposed to stay the same price but i guess not.

I originally subscribed to Prime to have the video option. I do order products and may benefit by ordering quantities, but I've noticed for the last few months, most of the movies and shows I search are not available for 'free' any longer. They are at a lesser charge ($2.99 and up) but many shows were available on 'Prime' for free. As with everything, I guess, things are getting more expensive and everyone charges a fee for something ... 😢

We are prime members and we watch the prime videos quite often. We have enjoyed having that extra avenue for movies other than Netflix. Photo storage and printing services is also a big saving for our family as well. My son will print directly from his computer and have the photos sent directly and he doesn't have to worry about picking them up, packaging, mailing, etc. Amazon is definitely a must for us!

I love your videos thank you I’ve actually been considering if I really need my Amazon prime and cutting down all my memberships including Hulu yes and Netflix basically my husband and I just need to start reading books 📚 we’ve also been doing puzzles at night find it actually much more stress relieving than watching a lot of shows that are just downright stupid know what I mean.
