I just finished Blood of Olympus and Hades Actually met Nico at one point and told him how his kids are rarely accepted or even happy and he would like him to be the exception. He cares for Nico by blood of olympus,dunno if he realizes that the way he treated Nico during the Titan war was wrong or he simply decided to respect Nico after he had proved himself, convincing Hades to help with the Kronos situation and playing an important role in the Titan war,finding the doors of death,leading the crew of the argo 2 to the house of Hades.....yeah Nico's awesome.
