Thanks for the reaction! He is Slovak and this is pretty much Slavic humour - sarcastic, somethimes dark and encensored. I am glad Americans and Africans are vibing too. Definitelly recommend his videos, they are hilarious and educational at the same time. His comedy scatches are exagurated (of course), but mostly on point.

We are used to the mosquito bites in Nigeria, almost immune to it. I probably get sick only when i have been bitten about 500times.

Our bodies are now immune to malaria to some degree, for example I spent about 19 years without getting malaria and it's simply because i was prone to it when I was younger, I got it last year and was last sick before that in 2003.

I have never heard of a malaria case in South Africa. Hahaha I agree with people speaking the loudest. I am also loud but we all know who is the loudest, our brothers and sisters from west 😂. Yep watch Nollywood movies and Leon Schuster movies you will understand what he means. We make our own rules 😂.

@fisheye375 Жыл бұрын
😂😂the malaria thing, it’s because we get it like twice a year and for us it’s just like a small flu and then it’s over. It’s harder on children because their immune system is not strong enough…and on tourists because their immune system has never experienced it so… But in hospital it’s always the first thing we think abouti when somebody come with fever. It’s just so common here😂😂😂. Not a big deal but that doctor advice was savage tho😂🤣 But hey! Just take your medication and you will be fine.

Sickle cell while hard on the body in other ways but it actually prevents the spread of malaria in the body. And sickle cell is predominately in Africa.

@@ViolentKisses87Sickle cell is said to be one of the ways our body has tried to adapt to malaria infestation. Despite the fact that being a sickler or a career of the sicle cell trait may protect(at least to an extent) you from coming down with malaria, if you eventually come down with it, it's almost always severe.

Okay so the thing is😆 mosquitoes don't bite unless it's at night which ofc we all know already and are prepared with our insecticide But tbh it's not because of the Malaria.. it's just the annoying engine sounds they make😆 Malaria isn't much of a big deal to us, it's almost like just having a cold and taking medications for it and boom you're okay! My friend who works in a Canadian hospital told me how he witnessed his first Malaria patient and the entire hospital was scrambling like the world's about to end😆 he said he didn't even know how to react to it and just stood watching in shock An average Nigerian (in my area) can tank up to 40+ mosquito bites a night and go about his/her day like NOTHING happened 😆

@@AmericandescedantIGBOkings Because PPpeter visited mostly west African countries. He could do one for each of the countries, since his videos are mostly made for a specific country. But I think he spended limited time in each of those countries, so he made a generalisation. I wouldn´t search for something sinister in it. He made fun of many things and countries, including his own country (Slovakia and Czech republic) and arabic country too (Oman).
