Tbf, it was a 470 - 500m shot and he had zeroing at 500 whilst aiming at centre mass.. In reality, that would've been a kill. He did also get a hit on the guy before he hit the deck which would've ended the guy as it was a 7.62 round.

Stallion Griefing zeroing in this game is a button push affair.one key increases zero distance and one key decreases it. i think they also modeled a real rifles ability to be zeroed at two different ranges in the parabolic arc. like if i take a 5.56mm rifle and zero it for 25meters it will also be zeroed at 300meters. and likewise if i zero it for 100m its zeroed for 220meters.

The only reason that no VDM is a rule on most servers is because there's a lotta arguments as to what's justifiable and what's just attacking defenseless people. PLUS, justifiable or not, since it's against server rules they're allowed to report him. It was a (in context) cowardly move. But I definitely agree with you otherwise.

I am not saying the .45 is a pussy, Its a big round and it packs a punch, But it does not have the needed velocity or hit to go through body armor and loses velocity much quicker then a 5.56, 6.5 or 7.62. And Yea DDG saw the 7.62, Not sure what the hell happened as it seemed you were shooting BBs with it. Either way you whooped some ass with that Vector.

legoman42100 apparently you dont know how a vector works it shoots a big ass bullet but it uses recoil mitigation technology which means the recoil goes down instead of up so basically when the gun is fired the bolt goes down instead of backwards

because when his friend got ran over he thought VDM was against rules all together, on that server its against rules unless under fire, once he was told by admin that the hunter was allowed to since he was under heavy fire he understood, then later on onnerby ran over the cop since they knew now that it was allowed when under fire.

The good thing about having a vermin is that you won't really get into long range combat senarios if you play it right, also low recoil fast fire rate makes it easy for you to drop people at close to medium ranges, you can also hold more mags because each mag takes up less inventory space?

The problem with the frame rate is the barriers and tape wires, for some strange reason arma doesnt like them and it drops frames to retardedly low levels. Hope that helped.

Keep in mind that Altis Life is all about roleplay. At least the good servers are. If you vdm someone you do not roleplay. Every kid can take a car and mow down 6 guys with guns. Try to get away or step out, roleplay or get in a firefight.

devil, try using the sniper position when going for long distances, i think it removes some of the sway, you can go into sniper position by pressing ctrl w, while prone
