+David Paxson Hey Colonialism and Imperialism is a hell of a thing Most of the blame goes on the European powers, they extracted a shit load of value out of African countries without investing enough in the countries actual development. They would only invest enough to increase the efficiency of extracting resources and generally just brutally suppressed uprisings. Along with this, the borders of the countries were drawn for the benefit and stability of the European powers, they didn't really care what the outcome of their shoddy ethnic borders would be 100-150 years later. The conflicts of modern Africa stem from this, and the cold war exacerbated the problem as well as African countries became one of the battlegrounds between the Soviet and U.S proxy wars, not only creating multiple independence movements for individual countries but creating super power funded, ideology driven separation of these nations populations. Now the entire blame cannot be put just on Europeans, but it was decidedly the most influential factor on why these conflicts occurred and will continue to occur.

I love arma 3 its fun and i cant get enough problem is i'm not that good, now i'm not the worst ever but what are tips to help me spot hostiles put down more accurate fire and be a better infantry man. LJH There was the Iron Front: Liberation 1944 conversion. It's not the best, but I've played it and it works better than nothing. I think they could turn that into something good. It comes with all the maps too. It's decent enough to be made great.

+Hsarb Alive is the old ArmA 2 MSO which stands for Multi Session Operation. Basically it's a PVE environment (although with MCC/Zeus PVP is possible) where the opfor AI are spawned across the map and friendly forces have to find and clear the region. Depending on the settings that are put into Alive will decide what happens. For example: Insurgent forces will have little 'tent' outposts and IEDs, small roadblocks etc. Whereas the Russian Army wouldn't do those things so for RP those settings are disabled and others are enable, artillery positions, helo patrols etc. Plus, unlike most mission servers where you log off that it, new slate when you return to the server. In this the previous events will save so if everyone leaves and comes back two hours later the last village they cleared would still be clear (unless the enemy moves back in) and not full of enemies because the server spawns them back in on rejoin of the server
