I haven't coded anything since I took application development & web and graphics design in college back in 2017. Unfortunately, I didn't actually have a working computer at the time. Anyhow, I like your style of teaching. Its productive, informative and you're able to apply your teaching style to pretty much anything related. ie: You taught how to handle properties of an item, being size, and colour. This can also be applied to any property of any object. You've shown that. I applaud you for your lesson(s). I've just started looking into RBX about a day ago. This seems more-so like Javascript than I would've thought it would be. You've brought that spark back out of me for coding. I look forward to more videos of yours, as well as tinkering around, again! Kudos.

I've been struggling to learn and do ~ any little thing ~ with Roblox Studio for a few days now. Endless video's and the forum failed. I followed along with your video and at the end was able to walk under my block and have it drop on my head. So not only did I learn something but I honestly had a good laugh. The only thing I saw that was odd was in both of our scripts the box lost it's color and size until it dropped. I have not coded since the late 1980's with cobalt and honestly that was the best fun I've had since then.

No, because in terms of gaming if you were adding 2 variations you would still need to use those 2 variables (if you want to use those variables again in if statements and functions) but in terms of what you're saying that can be used just for printing but in terms of him wanting to use it in other functions and statements he couldn't say "I want this 45 to be in this if statement" - But you can't do that if they are all in 1 variable. The reason for this is because if he printed "variable" it won't be 45 + 32 or 45 alone, It will just be 77. Just like saying if you wanted to subtract hot dogs alone, You would need a variable for that. I'm not saying you are wrong but I'm just trying to help you understand the differences :) Also good luck with scripting!
