Working out and being there both mentally and physically, is so important. The body is led by the mind, without being delusional concerning capability of course. Training in accord with menstrual cycle stage is a hot topic in fitness at the moment, something I need to pay attention to. Although too much in terms of starchy carbs does not agree with me regardless of menstrual cycle. Good episode, I will make time for the long version. I got two episodes to catch up on.
