I’ve played the “shorter” (regular) version of this course, and personally I’m happy with staying out of double digits over par.... can’t imagine what the “Safari” layout would do to me. Standard BRP is world class in it’s own right. :)

As much as I like all the different commentary teams I've heard, theres something special about the kind of commentary we get when you do it alone, a little goofy with the occasional nonsequitur thrown in, really good stuff, I don't think anyone else could do it solo as well as you.
@thediscgolfguy4 жыл бұрын
Wow - very kind words and truth be told - I'd like to think this isn't driven by my own ego. Anytime you leave an event almost immediately after it's done you then are looking to line up 1 or 2 additional commenators. That team then has to use some 3rd party software to sync up with watching and recording the voice over. Then I have to additionally match that up for a final render and posting. Solo commentary simply gets it done more efficiently which is why I went about it for this event. Larger events where I'm sticking around more might make for a different scenario (think of #2HotGeese earlier this year) but this was the best to knock it out. Thanks again for the kind words. I appreciate it.

Come on people! Stop with the Nikko hate! Many pros cuss, (I’m not saying it’s a good thing to do), but the editors either delete it out or the camera people don’t film it. He’s not a baby. He’s a player in a small sport that probably doesn’t earn much money. He has a lot of pressure on himself to play as well as he can.

I like to hear the group chatter. Especially if you can get graphics from elsewhere and not trouble yourself with them, (especially as PSP graphics are the best IMO), these vids are golden.

I know it's tough to enforce the rules on one another. However, if Niiko were held accountable to 802.03A for his excessive time violations, he'd have to adapt and play like everyone else ... after several curse words, for which he could also be warned (812: 3.b). At 42:25, it's especially egregious because the rules do not allow you to take more than 30 seconds in hopes of a lull in the wind. His putt there took at least 43 seconds.
