I freeze my own homemade pancakes and use them for lunches. and I use Naan bread for mini pizzas. I also have to send more food, lol My daughter has a morning and after noon snack, which I send a container that has a carb and a fruit. Then I also send a lunch container. Thanx for sharing.

Pizza rolls look delicious! For the pancake muffins if you did 6 using a regular size muffin pan How long would you bake and at what temperature? TFS Good ideas 💡

Brenda Tate I'm not too sure how well they'd bake at a bigger size, but I'd start with 20min and check them with a toothpick after that to see if they need more baking.

Do you have butcher block counters? Are they sealed with something? Curious because we just got some and I’m afraid to do messy things on them as of now lol. Had a dough disaster already

What about warming up at school? The kids at my son's school are not aloud to use the microwave.. Ugh that makes it hard for me to pack. What do you do

You can try to find a thermal sleeve for some containers. Or if its pasta or soups, Thermos brand makes a container that keep the food warm. I think some kids just get used to warm food instead hot. My daughter hasn't complained about her food at all and she will be entering Grade 5. So far so good :)

Lisa6812 That's what we do if my kids want warm food! A little Thermos works great. Otherwise, they don't mind cold buns + meat.
