What a great idea for vines! They are so difficult to find and expensive when you do find them....so, thanks for that! This is a great storyline and terrain set...There's just something about ruins. Before you brought the boat out, I was thinking, "It puts me in mind of the pale colored boat you made sometime back. I think it would fit in well with this!" 😄 I really love this project.

I really love the look of these ruins. I didn;t know about the pencil shavings & string combination to get a nice looking vine. Also the sand on the edges is a nice touch. Will use these techniques for sure.

Those wings from rings make excellent recurring wall motifs. I found some winged cherub buttons that work as wall decor when the loop is cut off the back, going from cute to sad and creepy after painting them as weathered old stone.

Looks great. The cracks and the greenery add a alot. Made me think, maybe adding big slash mark 5:09 on trees or busted down heavy doors could be foreshadowing for a big battle ahead. Maybe a bit too much, food for thought though!

I take pencil shavings and mix them with 50/50 (water/Elmer's Glue All) add clumps to the project, let it dry, then paint.

You can coat it in white glue and fill the roll with crushed paper towels.

i have questions first, if a minture made of paper mache or paer issue mache like your paper mache video, is good for Painting actylic paints? since all my crafting years i made mintures out of Paper mache and that time i uses coloured papers to add colours but now i wanna paint it this second, If i made Floor street or medieval Tiles out of your paper mache techique is good? i have a idea if is wet i will use pencil or sitck to create floor tiles Third, there a guide videos thar for painting mintures and terrains but short like only 8 minutes instead of 30 minutes
