Jesus people she doesn't have Munchausen's. She's not an 'attention seeker' and her expressions and reaction aren't weird at all-at least not to anyone who has experienced a chronic, debilitating condition for some years. It takes over your life. You have to devote all your attention to it because it just won't f*ing let you go, so you try to keep same by taking control if it- you turn it into something you DO, not something you suffer. The problem is, it then becomes all you know and even something that you get to be an expert in- something that makes you feel a little bit special, even when you hate it. The thought of leaving that for normal life and trying to catch up on the years you lost being a 'regular person' is scary as all hell. I understood everything she said.

As some who has been ill for 23 years if someone said tomorrow we can cure you with one tablet, I would be terrified. It's not that I haven't always dreamt of that life, it's the thought of starting afresh again, it's adjusting to a new way of living, of not having your health as an excuse, it's suddenly being thrown into the real world and it's a scary place. It did seem an odd reaction but when you truly look at it this poor woman is scared of having to adjust and enter the big real world again!

Went from 120lbs to 89lbs in 3 months with chronic diarrhea, major IBS pain, fatigue, deficiencies, etc. Had parasites and bacteria. Took years to gain weight and feel better. Probiotic-rich food or supplements are crucial, especially now that many types of bacteria are becoming antibiotic resistant.

Mark Hibs yes my guess while watching this was SIBO. It can cause stomach ulcers, malabsorption especially of fat, and fat-soluble vitamins, anxiety and depression, brain fog and memory loss (fat is important for the myelin sheath of nerves, insulation kinda like the plastic or rubber coating around metal wires). I experienced all this and am experiencing it again, the relapse rates are very high. It's a tough problem to solve

Depends on if it's a wonky strain. Sadly, gut bacteria gets messed up with antibiotics. They just don't grow or look the same. You have natural flora everywhere on your body that pretty much suffers due to all the crazy chemicals used. Your flora actually shifts the longer you stay in hospital too.

I suffered a huge weight lose in 2012. I was tested & was told I took an antibiotic that wiped out all my good antibodies. I was put on medication for 10 days. The diarrhea finally diminished, but even though I have gained some of the weight back, my face hasn't resumed back to normal. I still look like what my ex family members say "a Druggie" I feel embarrassed to be seen & I no longer take pictures of myself. I also lost most of my fat in my breasts that hasn't returned either. Going from a full almost D cup to a B cup basically loose saggy skin, I refuse to be with aman. I have tuned out to wanting to be in a relationship. I was 135 lbs & went down to 97 lbs. Right now I am up to 121 lbs, but still feel horrible & unhealthy. I eat so much, my Mom says she's surprised that I don't weigh more than I do. I had my gall bladder removed in 2000 & I only eat healthy foods. I have bad acid reflux so I don't eat/drink anything acidic. Don't know what else to do.

I can't run, walk more than 4 blocks, lift objects more than 15 Lbs, I can't Vacuum more than 10 Mins, sweep, Shovel Snow, stand sit for more than 10-15 Mins without being in excruciating pain. I go to PT 2 times a week & I walk there to get exercise but after I return home I am in more pain than I was before I went. In 2011 I had 3 Discs in my neck removed & a plate was screwed in. I had Radio Frequency Ablasion done on my R Side of my neck in 2013 & it screwed my nerves up worse than before. I get horrific migraines at least 4-8 a month. My L Hip pops when I walk & if I twist while walking it with shoot a horrific pain up into my Lower Back & down into my R Thigh. I have been sick with incurable autoimmune disorders for my entire life. It has only worsened in the last 20+ years. I am 48 years old and home bound except to see doctors. I was disabled at 28 years old. No quality of life for 18 years. So, if all of a sudden I was cured of everything I had, I would be fearful to of what to do in life especially, at my age. I haven't driven in 3+ years and being around a lot of people make more anxious than I already am. Even though she has been very ill for a shorter length of time, I get it. She isolated herself, just like I have. Maybe her smiling and the way she was acting was per nervousness about being there in front of an audience. Don't be so quick to judge especially, if you have never been ill for a long time and seen doctor after doctor and not any one of them really want to take you on cause they can't just guess what is wrong with you, which is exactly what happened to me for over 10 years. Some doctors strung me along for years because they didn't know what was wrong with me but, never had the guts to tell me so I could move on. Obviously, the same happened to her. Sometimes, someone could look at me and never see me as sick but, they had no idea what was going on with me on the inside, like chronic pain, insomnia, anxiety, and psoriasis and whelts all over my body because I would hide it.

God I hate how much I relate to this. For over a year I’ve lived with a chronic GI illness that no doctor I’ve seen can figure out. Every one I go to looks at my records and says “well, they’ve done every test I thought of, and they’re negative, so I can’t help you.” Every damn day I’m nauseous, my whole body is in pain, I’m isolated from everyone and everything I’ve ever enjoyed, I’m not taking care of myself, and I’m always either in a state of misery or complete panic, as I live with a phobia of vomiting alongside a GI illness (literally the worst fucking thing that could happen to someone with that phobia.) I’ve done everything the doctors have told me to, and it’s made nothing better; perhaps it’s made things worse. I know exactly how she feels. Your illness takes away everything you’ve ever loved, and completely consumes your life to the point where it becomes all you know. Every day I just sit and wish for it to go away, so I can finally have my fucking life back. I’ve been tortured long enough. It’d be easier to be dead, because I don’t think this illness will ever set me free.

Rοsε Dαωsοn if you think fasting is dangerous, then it looks like you have no knowledge about fasting. I have seen paralysis reversed thru extended fasting with my own eyes! Fasting somehow changes body chemistry and heals damages anywhere in the body so it can function more properly. Im refering to water fast not any other fast. Fasting is like shutting down to upgrade. I was like, "omg" when I saw the paralyzed person started walking again and her voice and breathing became stronger. She no longer needed to be on oxygen tube after fasting for a month! That Is right! God is powerful and our bodies belong to God! We can heal thru fasting.

It is because she is embarrassed and has been made to feel invalidated by doctors who could find nothing wrong... so basically claimed it was all in her head, or related to mental health. Which is what doctors who are petty and self driven do.... Doctors who really love their job, will keep working with the patient, and not make invalid assumptions just because they cant find shit. She is not socially comfortable, and as part of her free treatment she has to go on live TV, she is not comfortable and embarrassed. I think its so obvious, and to me normal of someone is her position. Did you hear what she said? She has the runs.... which comes without warning at any time, many times a day. @Greatpics2226 жыл бұрын
Both are real medical conditions but unfortunately there is a lot of stigmatization that anorexia "is all in your head" and with IBS "just a nice way for us to say we acknowledge you are sick." This is changing with the new generation of physicians as we learn more of the science behind these illnesses. There used to be a lack of understanding of the molecular basis with mental health. Now with science backing, there is progressive therapies and understanding. I would hope the nutritionist looked back and caught that knowing she misspoke - in the end I believe she would acknowledge they are true conditions and did not mean to present it the way she did ( I hope (: )

Just because she puts herself out there on the internet doesn’t mean she’s promoting her body. And if you have an issue with being influenced by her, don’t watch her videos. Simple as that. If a woman was severely obese and she made videos, is she promoting the way she keeps her body? Why is it not okay when a skinny girl does it? At the end of the day, no, it really isn’t your business at all about what Eugenia’s body looks like. Your body is your own, and no one has the right to comment on how you should manage it unless they have a medical degree. I’m not trying to be rude, please don’t take this the wrong way :)

Im not joking I thought the same thing. You see it in really unhealthy people just how much hair is effected. You'd figure it would be falling out in clumps. Could be a super super good lace front wig though? just wanted to say I noticed that as well.

She has a mitochondrial disease. She needs genetic testing done. MNGIE (mitochondrial neurogastrointestinal encephylomyopathy). A rare autosomal recessive disorder. My friend has it, and she was first diagnosed with type 1 diabetes, because of her pancreatic enzymes, it took 2-3 years for doctors in Australia and Croatia to figure it out. Both parents have the recessive gene. This woman needs to be tested for this, because my friend's sister has the disease as well and had stem cell transplant done in the fall and they are hopeful that it will correct it.

donsey100 but are you a doctor? Are you qualified to say? It’s a good suggestion but should not be a diagnosis
@donsey1006 жыл бұрын
I don’t think she’s going to be coming to KZbin for a diagnosis. No need for you to shame me for making that suggestion. It sounds so familiar, which is why I commented. I am hopeful someone in her circle sees my comment and she does get tested for it.

2:17 did she just say that anorexia and eating disorders aren't real medical disorders????
@MsMusicgirl20097 жыл бұрын
I think she means that aneroxia and bulimia are when the person gets thin "voluntary", which means they were started by a mental issue. This lady didn't choose to get thin voluntary. The pancreas caused it, so it was started by a medical issue.
@user-xe4jd3kr4q7 жыл бұрын
She’s not saying that. What she’s saying that this condition that she has is more than just an eating disorder it’s a a cellular level. This woman bodily functions aren’t working normal. Eating disorders is a physiological disorder and due the lack of nutrition it turns into a medical condition.

She needs to be put on Creon - a pancreatic enzyme which helps digestion of food, and helps with malabsorption. I have had the same condition here in the UK, but once I was prescribed that, I put on weight and absorbed the essential nutrients to sustain a healthy weight, and issues with diarrohea also disappeared.

There was a time my aunt had similar problems and it turned out she had a dirty refrigerator water filter which she didn’t change since she got it. After pulling it out, it smelled like rotten eggs and had a moldy film on the gasket.

IBS is real. I just want to say that. I was happy before I started having issues. I was losing weight, feeling good, and then I got food poisoning and my stomach has never been the same. I have sports of rapid weight gain and loss, terrible spasms and sharp pains that come out of nowhere. Until recently I lived my life just like her with no hope. I go nowhere, I do nothing and I feel terrible. I cut out all triggers and focused on mainly plant-based foods and found that my body is not digesting the food at all. I've talked to doctors about it with no clear results. I started taking IBguard and Vitamin B12 supplements and I've seen my poop return to normal for the first time in 3 years. My weight is lowering down on its own, no exercise, I've been tested, and my blood came back normal. It's like my body is slowly resetting. But the pain is still present. The minute I forget the pills, it goes back to immense pain and diarrhea. You can't tell me that it's all in my head. There isn't enough thought in the world to tell my stomach to relax when having a flare up

My theory, she contracted a food borne illness in the beginning that went un treated and unidentified, it ran rampant and has damaged her vital organs, not allowing her body to function and absorb nutrients normally. Now with time it is not only physical but psychosomatic. Solved.

Yes, I was sick for years before I went to a good specialist that gave me the right antibiotics. I had a campylobacter bacteria infection. The most common food poisoning. Much like e coli. It took me 6 months to feel normal and not have any digestive pain after the antibiotics.

This is sad. I have medical problems that started in 2011 and have only just been worked out by a medical mal practice. I was 96kg and now hover around 64kg. Also needing parts removed from intestine and colon. Life changing, but if had been spotted at the Time, could have been fixed by keyhole surgery. Next week I get cut from ribs to bum and will need complete change of life style. I am taking legal action. But I made £1600 per week before this. Years not working took it all. I could have paid private at first if knew it would end up this long. No money will solve the mental mess it makes you. She has a long fight, but with help she will bloom.

I had a friend who had something like this and couldn't find the cure then one day he went to an old man who rubbed his belly, he had something called Nara (Caribbean) term. It's caused by lifting heavy objects or just a strain and has all her symptoms they usually rub your belly a certain way and put everything back in place he did that and all this Diarrhea belly pains ended and he's all good now. Doctors didn't have a clue what was going onn they wanted him to do a colonoscopy

De-Vine and Melissa Barajas: I can understand both of you soooo much... After many months of horrible symptoms I got the diagnosis Hashimoto's, also an autoimmune disease. @ De-Vine: Is your hypoparathyroidsm a side effect of a thyroidectomy? (Usually the parathyroid glands should not be violated.) Or is it an effect of an autoimmune process which destroys the parathyroid? @ Melissa Barajas: I hope you don't have to struggle also with endocrine orbitopathy like many other Graves' disease patients... Did you have a radio iodine therapy? I wish both of you (and of course the brave woman in this documentation) all the best.

malabsorption could be caused by the villi in her stomach being damaged. She could be allergic to wheat
doctors don't know shit about allergies. Took me 10 years to self diagnose a wheat intolerance.
@Crispr007 жыл бұрын
I’m pretty sure they know...everything about her
@makenziekuziw19997 жыл бұрын
It would be testing her blood for gluten levels so actually no it is NOT AN ALLERGY TEST a wheat allergy and celiac disease are two completely different things. I was diagnosed at 12 with celiacs disease and that wast until i was a level 2 iron and the dumbass doctors couldnt figure out why i wasnt absorbing iron. I also never had a growthspert. I know someone who is physically allergic to wheat, as in her whole body swells up like a peanut allergy. You would know if you were “allergic” if anything it would be celiacs disease. And i find that hard to believe because they found Ecoli in her stool samples.
@makenziekuziw19997 жыл бұрын
An “allergy” is not what diminishes the villi. ONLY CELIACS DISEASE DIMINISHES THE VILLI IN THE INTESTINES. Jeez people do your research before making comments. Don’t even try to contradict anything I have said, I know for a fact I am right.
