After this fog found an injured parrot, he became obsessed with him! And follows him around for cuddles.

It’s adorable on the surface, but the bacteria in dog saliva is toxic to birds, they’re very sensitive- and that was right in the mouth, too. Really hope they don’t let them keep doing that, while the dog means well, that could eventually end up killing the galah

Well smarter dogs tend to view birds in two ways. Food or friend. My big german shepard befriended an escaped chicken, there was almost no shred of aggression in him. The german shepard before him tended to catch moles, rats and birds which was fun to see but her behaviour underlines a world of difference in personality, even with the same breed.

I went to pet adoption/society and she suggested me that we should get two cats and I was like OK. It was the best thing I ever ever did… two animals are better they groom each other console when there’s a storm.

Cats can do well without a friend. I recommend two plus it's more fun and cuter. But if it's a budget issue, and you can't afford a second set of vet bills. Then don't think it's two cats or no cats. 1 will do just fine as long as you Give them more attention.

It would be worse if we got another cat, she HATES when we smell like other animals and other animals being in the house. Edit: Luna is our precious baby but wants all of the attention. Kitty gets jealous lol

@@meganheartswell it is recommended to keep 2 cats if they're indoor - more like STRONGLY recommended as well :) Cats aren't loners, they need someone else to talk to who speaks their language, cuddles with them, cleans them etc. etc. Please don't keep a cat alone unless its a cat that HATES other cats. No animal wants to be alone unleess that's specifically in their species like hamsters

This is a great example of how sweet and loving a pitbull can be. It's high time we get rid of the stigma that they're violent. Humans make them violent forcing them to fight, but they're lil sweethearts when raised in a loving environment.

So true!! Dogs are a product of their environment basically, so it's all how they are treated. Even Chihuahuas can be sweet hearts if they are raised with love❤ even though they are usually tiny demons lol and strange fact, most people don't know that for a long time wayyy back in the day in olden times, pitbulls were called "nanny dogs" and people would leave them alone with their children bc they are so caring and intelligent and would help them with the kids! A pitbull would give it's life to protect it's humans. Much more loyalty shown than some humans fr sadly. I agree with you, the world needs to stop the hate fr! It's all in how you raise them and their environment. Same as alot of humans and other animals as well ❤

The dog acts exactly as it would with a puppy, so presumably the dog thinks the bird is a strange looking pup. It is very gentle and attentive, but is willing to set boundaries (such as that nose push)

However, I do have to wonder how much better off they'd be if they had a mother who was willing to teach them what they still don't know. I was a kid who had to take care of myself when my parents collapsed in on themselves, and there's so much I missed. My dad had to take care of his whole family because his useless dad skipped out, and my mom got shoved into the creepy foster system. The cycle goes on and on, and we all need a community to teach us what we're missing.

Pittie mixes are so sweet! My pitty/weimaraner mix has to see all the baby chicks and ducklings everytime we go to the farm store and immediately drags me back to their pens. 😊 She loves it so much we go 3 times a week just so she can say hi to all the baby birds and all the people shopping.

Thank you! I feel like I'm the lucky one to have her as well. She showed up on Thanksgiving 4 years ago starved wandering down the highway in front of my house. I saw her walking as I put up Christmas lights and immediately fed her. Within 15 minutes she was in the house curled up on the couch with my other dog. She's truly a blessing and a furry angel. I'll have to start filming her trips to share her with the world. 🐾
