Craig you said that you was too hot ,try putting a wet rag inside a baseball cap and put that on your head ,it lowers the body heat by about 2 or 3 degrees. Good luck 👍👍

I hope Dan ends up entering that bike in some shows. It’s shaping up to be a trophy winner for sure! Been a great build.

Bobber coming on nice Craig. Since your video trip to the new local motorcycle outlet, I have bought a G310r and now trading it in for a Yamaha Tracer 700. The wife has got the bike bug again and I needed something bigger. Being 73, I wondered if I could still get my 'leg over', the Yam but were OK. Keep up the good work..

Lovely bike, but should be a spring between the rear brake arm and the adjuster. Will return the arm if the brake pedal sticks. All Brit bikes have them. 😁

I'm thinking those playing cards are in probably quite a vulnerable spot as far as wear from operating the brake pedal.. Hopefully I'm wrong , but it would be a real shame for them to suffer scuffs from Dan's boots.

Love the cream wheels.. sets it off. The pieces on the neck of a guitar that tighten up the strings are called Machine Heads. I used to buy wrecked guitar necks just for these worm drive mechanisms, to be adapted for model traction engine steering !

Up until now, the little BSA was my favourite bike you'd done, this 'trumps' that. I also popped over to see Lord H do the signwriting. Sterling work from both of you 👍😍 BTW, I keep thinking that it would be great to get all of your bikes reunited for a meet/video 😎

Hi Craig, with your obvious affinity with Enfield, had you ever considered customising a new Meteor? It seems to be selling like hot cakes all over the world and no one is customising them...yet. I believe you could be the go-to-guy! They have a similar appeal to the Bullet and mods made that could be put back to factory for warranty would be hugely popular (in my humble opinion). I know you’ve got loads to go at so just a thought. Best wishes.

Even though we had both kind of 'forgotten' about a horn...it looks really cool!. I presume you have scrubbed it too or do they come like that? looks suitably vintage, love it. As does the little clip! awesome. I reckon the original speedo bracket hole had the speedo cable through it no?
@GuitarDan733 жыл бұрын
Yep you were right (of course!) Craig, that hole is deffo for a cable/rod to the front brake! ;) cybermotorcycle.com/gallery/bsa-1930/BSA-1930-E30-14.htm

I looked at the Royal Enfield 500 Classic parts catalog and Yamaha XT500 (because I have one)and both called the brass nut you wondering the exact name...the nut or the rod nut (nut,rod).Well,I'm a bit desappointed,I tought to see a more "scientific-kind-of" description for it. :O)
