A handful of people have mentioned it already, but yes this is the same Blarg from the Smii7y videos! And all members of the Goons (Dooo, McNasty, Soup, Blarg) have some kind of musical background. Dooo is really obvious - he makes his own music and he previously went to college for something related to music (though he never finished his degree), plus he does all the Omegle guitar stuff. Soup has a metal band called Slackjaw that he does vocals and I think bass for. McNasty is the guitarist for a death metal band called Enda Vinera. He also makes solo music that leans more dubstep. Matt doesn't currently make music regularly, but I think back in his pre-KZbin days he used to be part of a metal band (vocals and either bass or guitar). Even outside of the Goons, they have a lot of friends who also dabble in music. From the Smii7y videos, Grizzy creates beats as a hobby. Dooo's friend Gibson has been doing music for years and has collaborated with Dooo on multiple occasions (check out Gibsons stuff - spotify under GBSN. He makes amazing original stuff and some awesome covers - he just recently did a metal cover of a Doja Cat song). Yumi plays with the Goons a lot but is officially a member of the Group and quite a few of the Group members are musicians. Yumi himself just released a solo album not too long ago with some banger songs and has quite a few features on other songs (you can find all his stuff on his spotify). Other Group members SoftWilly & Isaacwhy have done quite a bit with music, particularly SoftWilly with the other 3 members (BigT, Larry Croft and I think Grunk? idk if Grunk ever actually was featured in their music or not but he's part of the Group) occasionally featuring on their music. You can find SoftWilly and Isaacwhy's stuff on their respective spotifys.
