I don't use chalk paint as a base coat and I use soap stone for making my lines. Works great and erases easily.

So intriguing! I still don't think I personally could do this. Your stones are always so beautiful! 😊 I would love to try though! I've always been drawn to artsy things. Like Bob Ross painting, ceramic art and making coasters from vlay and painting them. Yeah, all kinds of art ! Hey, I make and sell skincare to the masses. I never thought I could do that either! I took a natural formulating course and 2 years later...I was in business! I love going to my studio to create new products to share with my clients. I really love the fact that you were into Bob Ross. I love that guy. I don’t know how much you know about him, but did you know that he was a drill sergeant in the Air Force and that he did do the painting maybe because he had a crazy job.I don’t know but.

Acrylics dry fast. Probably 10 -15 min depending on your paint thickness.
