I enjoy creating wanderlust content and trail running!

Tara Dower, you are amazing! Your accomplishment/story kind of reminds me of basic training in the military (in a good way) for myself and most others but it was more than likely less stressful than your adventure. For the first couple of weeks, you hear whimpering all night, everyone regretting their choice, people talking about just quitting, grueling physical running and exercises, blisters and pain, 2 minutes to eat, etc for 80 days. Fortunately, we had our TI's who were there to make us not only men and women but, after the fact you realized they were your support crew who helped you make it through! I've felt what you feel and it will take about a year to decompress but you'll do it! You are a very strong woman!
