Wake Forest vs Duke | 2022.1.12 | NCAAB Game

I was at this game and it was my 1st time seeing Duke play in person, I was so excited to get to attend a game before coach k retired. When the news broke he wasn't gonna be at the game I was crushed, to say I was disappointed would be a huge understatement but of course I was more concerned about his health and that he was gonna be ok. Maybe I will get a 2nd chance before this season is over. As for the game Duke played much better than their previous couple games with the exception of about 7 minutes in the 1st half. Jumped it to a 6 point lead really quick before the 1st half ended and never looked back, the game was never in question after the half. A.J has come on and you can see his confidence grow every game, so happy to see him healthy and started to show everyone that didn't know already just how good he is. I think they need to work on ball movement and moving around more instead of all these clear outs and 1 on 1s, I mean when it works it works but when they get doubled and triple teamed and force an ugly shot or turn it over and keep trying to do the same thing over and over it drives me crazy, 3 on 1 means you have atleast 2 teammates wide open but still trying to go over or through 3 guys is just silly. Anyways this team is awesome and tremendously athletic and will just get better and better every single second they are on the court together. This teams A game can absolutely hang a National championship banner. Coach Jon did a great job as well and we all know that Duke is gonna be in great hands with Jon, Dude is a winner and is 1 of the best recruiters in the country and on top of that he knows a little bit about the game of basketball. Hope you're feeling better GOAT and let's go Duke!!!
