Just an idea that's probably been mentioned loads of times but when you find a tricky outlet, can you not spray paint a little green dot or something just inside the manhole to show which way it goes incase you ever need to go back? Might make it easier. Also, on your jetters, why not put a ring of coloured tape around the hose 2 metres from the end so when you see that, you know to go easy. Just an idea. :-)

great job andy 👍, i saw a glimpse of wipes there, how they can't just dispose them into the bin instead of the toilet i'll never know, i reckon the clients (who have a habit of using wipes instead of bog roll) should watch that video joe did a while back where he pulled out a mass of wipes to make them realise that wipes are a huge problem and should never be flushed.
