Modding a Seiko 5 into a Rolex GMT Master 2 Pepsi DESIGN - dream watch build

I am the client for the watch in the video. I am rather new to watch modding and I rather enjoy the color scheme of the Rolex GMT Pepsi. I could have purchased a new Rolex (could not find one) and I could have purchased a fake Rolex. I did not want to do that. Instead, I decided to mimic the color scheme of the Rolex Pepsi with a Seiko. I have two Seikos', a 2nd gen Orange Monster and the SK 007 Dive watch. I felt that Usman created a unique, great looking watch that is exactly what I wanted. I must say that based on the comments below, I might look into a 12 hr. bezel. Frankly, I did not realize that was an option, thanks for the tips regarding that. In closing, I felt that the video was fantastic and it was fun watching my watch being built...

I think the 24h indication looks much better and if you want a reason for it you can just use it as an AM PM to 24h converter. But not all has to make sense in the watch hobby :)

Drinking a Pepsi, wearing a Pepsi, gorgeous watch. Nothing like a domed sapphire crystal to really make a watch look impressive. I put domed sapphire crystals on two Casio Duros which really made a big difference.

It wasn't misaligned. I ensured it. I think it's the camera angle and the bazel is 1 click away from 12oclock

You should do a Pepsi 12hr bezel insert instead of the 24hr so it could still be functional as a second time zone. Great build though!

Lovely watch but really needs the 4N34A GMT movement with dial replaced.I actually would have started with the 3:00 stem NH-34 GMT and built it from there.

The Rolex day date must be part of the list. It can pass as sporty or dressy and is also within the price range of some of the listed pieces. Even within rolex, it's somehow of in a world of its own

It sounds a bit loosen when turning the bezel, not sure if you having same issue there. it happened with my mod as well, I later found out replacing a slightly larger size (0.8mm) bezel gasket would fix the problem for the aftermarket bezel.
