Well the dark mirror but that was like the one oof in this duel. Cycling your fieldspells once is actually not bad since you are less likely to brick another one and you get to use then for one of the support cards.

I like the Dream Mirrors, as their artwork and lore are so awesome! But I do wish they were better. If the mirrors shuffled back into the deck instead of banishing to search another out, would that make them rogue level? 🤔

I play Dream Mirror IRL and in Master Duel. I reached plat 1 with dream mirror before. Anti Spell Fragrance is really good in the deck. Phantasos Dream Mirror foe is an easy way to bring out 2 lvl 4 monsters for an XYZ (I like going Time thief Dream Mirror) or just going unga bunga Make Verte. IRL this archetype got a new card in February which isn't in master duel yet which really makes the deck better. Deck totally ignores Skill Drain because you can send the cards to the grave on chain to work around it.

I really love dream mirror, I’ve been playing them for a year and a bit now, they are incredibly underrated and just need a few more cards to be decent, I really hope Konami shows the more love in the future but I highly doubt it, although the new card they recently received is incredibly good

No idea how that thunder dragon player bricked so hard, in this event I played invoked thunder dragon and pretty much never had a hand I could not use to get to colossus at least. Also played 60 card grass looks greener shadolls, and at least for that event, when you can use grass is the most unfair thing. But it was fun.

My brother's got a Thunder Dragon deck on his Master Duel, and while that deck is fun when it works, it bricks like crazy. It's supposed to be a "meta" Thunder Dragon deck, too.

as someone who played alot of thunder dragon this sounds really weird to me, the deck is one of the most consistence deck ive ever played, not to mention when its outside of the fusion festival you get to access the chaos engine, link dragon and link monsters, which makes it even more consistence, how can you possibly brick on a deck with 1/3 of it being starters and another 1/3 being searchers is just beyond me... the only reason you would ever brick on a deck is either you run too many garnets or hand traps, and consider thunder dragon got no garnet id say that your brother probably tucked in too much hand traps instead of side engines and lowered the consistency which makes it seem like it bricked more often than normal, the secondary factor can also be that someone who is new to the deck doesnt know how to make a play without textbook combo openers, which thunder dragon also got quite some.

@@ichigokurasaki100 luck is not a skill, its a factor, the reason meta decks are meta is because they rely less on luck to function, as if you can brick on a meta deck you brick either way on a normal deck, most tournament winners didnt win because the opponent magically brick their hand, that is not how skill works.

It's a card you never want to have in your hand, you want it to stay in the deck to be used with specific effects. It's named after the normal monster "Gem-knight Garnet" who needs to be in the deck if you want to use it as material for the "Brilliant fusion" spell. If he's in your hand, the spell won't work.

this thundra player didnt brick, he just clearly has no idea what hes doing. his opening hand could get Titan + Colossus with a QE pop from colossus while searching a regular thunder dragon. 5 pops per turn and a colossus with 1 pop as a QE, he just has no idea how thunder dragons work

I used this deck early on in the fusions festival. It did not go too well. The deck was fun and I love the archetype but goddamn can you stop asking me to cycle the field spells each turn? When you have lots of Dream Mirrors on field then you become flooded with quick effects. Fun to use them to dodge stuff though.

I'm just an incredible based fan of DM... no, no Dark magician, and I do get he's new to the deck, so 3 of the 4 statements should be taken as advices 5:09 Could have Morpheus to start putting pressure, or the fusion, as terror was active At least weren't playing Artifact stuff, but please, don't put chaos cards for the sake of "synergy", I do get that Daedalus is great, but if you can't put Mara on gy on the first place, why to add it? Better do as possible to make the deck work (Gamma, trap trick) No Phantasos aka best doggo? And for DPE... people should start playing heroes at this point As usual... editing is top tier (6:24)

Dream mirror cannot be played pure and even when it is pure the cards are not even remotely strong, just interesting.
