No, never ever have they called suspects names in person or over texts. Do they talk about cases? Yes. I worked coding ER physician visits for 8 years. You see crazy crap and I can’t share personal details. My mom is a retired physician and saw stuff. We may say “you won’t believe what someone stuck up their butt, but we don’t give their name or any other details.” We just move on. My brother-in-law has worked on high profile cases. Alan Jackson intentionally solicits these objections because it gives him the opportunity to repeat damning information. First he will make a statement, then the prosecutor will object, then Alan will pose it in the form of a question, which most likely wont result in an objection. "Objections" in this particular case by the prosecutor, are actually beneficial to the defense. It doesn't matter if the judge "sustains" the objection because it's already reached the jurors ears. The jurors are instructed not to consider objected information, but they are already "tainted" so to speak.

The fact that Proctor was comfortable sending those texts to his bosses says a lot about his bosses.
@greeneyedsoutherngirl64683 ай бұрын
I remember once someone said, “you know how you can REALLY tell who someone is? Look at their TEXTS, look at how they talk to their friends, you’ll see the REAL person, not the persona they put forth”. That is the REAL Proctor. He’s disgusting and you don’t put aside the real person you are ever-it’s there when you’re alone, it’s there when you’re doing your job, it’s there when with you’re among colleagues, it’s your shadow. He’s disgusting. I’m glad the world sees the real Proctor, he shouldn’t be a police officer, PERIOD. Be proud of the fact YOU take on these corrupt officers, DUI Guy!

WTF is he texting to his HS buddies about an active investigation for? He's a pretty awesome investigator he had the whole case solved in less than 16 hours It's not the cops job to protect the community. But it's probably his job to make sure that he protects the families, help them circle the wagons

Boston cop likes to box. As shown in some clips. So what to say, he was throwing his weight around and knocked out the guy. And dumped his body out front, thinking the cold would wake him up. And when he didn't, they all staged that Karen hit him. Question¹? why did they rehome the dog ? Because the dog was biting him during the boxing and why did he dispose of his phone . He was a cop he knows better. Boston cop is guilty of something.

In fact, it came out at trial that he included his boss, Yuri buchanik , in his message about looking for nudes on Karen’s phone. He “hearted” the text. Buchanik testified as well and is his own breed of awful.

I never questioned or had disdain for the police until this case. They completely botched this investigation from start to finish. They should NEVER be allowed to investigate a crime scene again. John's family should be angry about how this case was handled. They should sue the police dept & they would easily win. I can't believe the jury hasn't reached a verdict yet & it appears it might be a hung jury. 🥺🤯

What about the woman murdered in 2021 ... canton pd involved?
@Patsanford2203 ай бұрын
Sandra birchmore. Canton pd covered up her murder and had it called a suicide. This past week, her official cause of death was changed to homicide. She was groomed and molested and trafficked by several officers in a neighboring town, Stoughton, when she was part of a school-police program, which she joined at 13. The SA began when she was 15. The cop who started it eventually impregnated her at age 23. He murdered her in her apartment in Canton via strangulation, then drove to a nearby hospital to witness his wife deliver his first child. He and the other 2 officers were fired and not allowed to be cops again. But none were ever charged or punished otherwise, and are out living their best lives right now. The fbi is investigating that case. They announced it shortly before this trial began, and I believe there’s a link between the two beyond sharing some of the same responding officers and Canton PD. Sandra’s case is the next big one.

I love how Proctor didn't say simply YES when asked if his buddy "liked" his disgusting comment. By not saying YES, he drew more attention to the disgusting comment. Which, even the judge would have only let this repetition go so far. But by needing proof, he allowed more and more repetition. What an idiot.

He had the time to communicate with his high school buddies, but didn't have the time to interview everyone in the house or go into the house to investigate a possible crime scene. Unbelievable!!! This is why the Mass State Police has a terrible reputation. I wonder if Proctor was one of the State cops who participated in the overtime scandal/fraud scheme over a several year time period? All of Proctor cases should be investigated. I wonder how many other cases he's bungled.
