Jackson lulled her into a false sense of security by taking his sweet time getting to the deleted 2am search. He let her get out her narrative, something that she can control, and then he took the control from her and just tore her narrative to shreds right in her dirty lying face. You could almost literally feel her heart rate skyrocket in seconds, see her neck and face turn red and her jaw clench. She knew this was the moment for her big lie and you could see it written all over her face, she had been dreading that moment.

Larry , as a former UK police officer , this case has a long way to go , once Karen is exonerated because she clearly wasn't responsible , then an outside force has to come in and start all over again to find out what really happened because this force cannot be trusted , then , when it is established what happened and those people are prosecuted , then there has to be more investigations into the cover up and malicious prosecution of Karen and then the civil case against the state , the Alberts and the McCabe's for damages , defamation etc

Unlikely, that wal file was deleted and what good did it do? It was still recovered, if he was that smart he would know that it would still be recoverable - as any file on an iOS device is unless it is specifically overwritten. They would do the easy and obvious method of just wiping the phone, frankly I'm shocked they didn't. I also have a hard time believeing she would do something so incriminating, same as I don't believe Karen would leave those voicemails for John after hitting him - it's almost comically incriminating.
