thee pirates

Thee Pirates (later known as The Blackjacks) was a great Canadian punk band that isn't around anymore. While doing some digging, I realized that I couldn't find any song clips of theirs anywhere on the internet. Thus, I have uploaded 5 songs from their cd "Nasty, Brutish, and Short" and added some pictures for effect. Hope you enjoy it.

these guys are just so amazing live. i remember seeing them in a basement in kamloops bc and other places in the interior. so many great times. good job on the post! ;) my younger brother loved them, he just passed away. it's great to hear these songs right now. peace!

These songs were written before the Iraq and Afghanistan wars. And most punk bands don't have a fact checker.

No they wernt. They were around after 9-11 dude. I know this I have seen Thee Pirates live. These songs were written strictly about the US war involvement int he middle east. And yeah most punk bands dont have a fact checker nor do they have common sense and simply join on the hate america bandwagon.
