I've never heard a Child Abduction or Amber Alert EAS message with an automated voice. It's usually someone talking rather fast.

@Mr. Awesome I live in Ohio and anytime a child is reported as being missing or abducted the Sheriff of the county where the child was reported missing or abducted will issue the announcement and encourage the public to serve as the additional eyes and ears of the law enforcement community to help the authorities find the child alive and safe.

More like “Dangerous Amber Attack Warning.” Where Amber Haggerman attacks random towns. Her abducted was believed to be something resembling a Holstein Cow. The cow was believed to be called “Wellington’s Victory.” There were a bunch of deaths, 2 of them were Amber Haggerman and Wellington’s Victory
