Another factor regarding Iran is Russia. The two countries are much closer than before and united in their growing pariah status, not to mention a indirect partnership with China and the BRICS cabal. I don't think Trump has the political bandwidth to do anything of consequence to Iran without stirring up many other issues. He may still try, but he won't be successful.

Javad Zarif, by pretending to be a reformist only in appearance, acts as a representative of the Islamic Republic Regime, trying to buy time to keep this regime afloat while talking about an agreement. If this agreement takes place, it would guarantee the regime's survival, allowing them to secretly continue their ideology and wait until they regain strength. However, as long as this oppressive regime remains, neither the Iranian people nor the world can find peace. 80% of the Iranian people do not want this regime. It is time to understand this and not be deceived by this great manipulator. Javad Zarif and Pejeshkian are not representatives of the Iranian people.
