02-13-24 Listening from Southern Ontario, Canada 🇨🇦, 43* N. Current temperature is minus 9* C . Love Terri Keane - in all of her characterizations ! I am tucked up warm, with both cats, and enjoying this story. I admit I’m a chocoholic - and am enjoying a large slice of deep dark chocolate cake I made, with double chocolate cream frosting, and a large glass of cold milk. Hope all enjoy the story and sleep well tonight, and ! hope all “the fear we can hear” from the torture doesn’t keep anyone from sweet dreams . 🙏❤🫠. A very sweet Valentines’s Eve to all listening ! ❤❤❤

Thank you. We don’t buy gifts for each other, I’d rather make him a homemade card and write something from my heart. He used to always buy me flowers, and I felt that was a waste of money. We, like so many people, have to watch our pennies. I told him I’d be just as happy if he just picked me a handful of dandelions. So he started picking me what others would call weeds, but to me they are beautiful - violets, bergamot, chickory, etc. with their little multicoloured flowers. Each time I had to have a major surgery, I would wake up at home with a little glass of whatever wildflowers were in bloom. It always brought tears to my eyes of how lucky I felt to have someone care that much for me.Every Christmas I make a card for him, write a poem and decorate it. He says they give him more joy than if I had bought one. Sorry to go on. Gemi, I wish more than anything that you will be able to, if you haven’t already, experience having someone like that in your life. I have this feeling you are on your own and life is hard. I apologize if I’m wrong. I wish you the best of everything. Life is so hard nowadays for so many. I’m so glad you have Smokey ! I really believe cats understand us and love us. @@lynnrobinson8885 My long-time boyfriend, Michael, passed away in 2019. Valentine's Day is a sad time for me but having Smokey 😺 with me, cheers me up. Since it's Valentine's Day, maybe tonight's mystery episode will be a love story. See you tonight on Edge's channel.
