Leonardo DiCaprio. I remember first watching him on Critters 3, I instantly liked him and even up to now. He is very charismatic, professional and very serious with his craft - no airs. In what movie I thought that he was really good was - What's Eating Gilbert Grape together with Juliette Lewis and Johnny Depp. LeDiCap was really good and I thought, this guy is gonna be famous. Romeo and Juliet was a success but nothing beats his rise to fame in TITANIC (ironically at the same time gave him a sort of a curse as not being taken seriously as an actor - this, actually makes me sad cause LeDiCap is really an amazing actor). He is treated like George Clooney and Leonardo DiCaprio is even better than George (not even a dead ringer for me cause LeDiCap came in first). Am not gonna be surprised if yet again LeDiCap will not win an OSCAR. Even Robert De Niro respects Leonardo DiCaprio as an artist. To be honest, there were great actors who never won any Oscar. I guess even winning awards involve politics.
