SteveStevens That's why a position as a DJ would be great. There hasn't been the same DJ for every show. If she were a co-host she'd have to be there everyday that the show is taped. Ellen has had a few guest DJs when Twitch isn't here or available. She's had Loni Love who is a co-host on The Real as her guest DJ while The Real is on hiatus. So, Wanda can be a DJ and still do everything else she does.

We do tip in Europe, if the waiter and service was good. Unlike America we don't tip just as a neccesary habit.. Sometimes the service charge is included in the bill (check), otherwise it is at the discretionary of the customer. Some families tip, some don't, it's a generosity not an expected pressure or neccessity.

Tipping is not an unnecessary habit in America.... It's generosity for someone's service they earn it, and if they don't we don't tip or at least as much. It's basically out of generosity, not out of unnecessary habit.

Tipping is now something that people still do even though restaurants aren't as stingy with the money as they used to be (although minimum wage is still not very much to live off of)

Actually we do tip, but it's not mandatory at all. It's up to us, usually I tip in a restaurant or a bar when the waiter is nice lol

it's always been a choice here in America too, but maybe the difference is it's considered extremely rude if you don't leave one and it's an American does not leave a tip in the United States it means that the service was atrocious and they're never coming back.

Tipping is kinda ridiculous when you think about it. You already pay for the food, which includes money for the cook and waiters. So why pay any extra? I also don't give my teacher a tip when she's doing her job right...

In the US, it is legal to pay waiters below the minimum wage. They are going off the basis that most people will leave a 10-15% tip which makes up the rest. It's a stupid system.

Just a note: the 5 euros bill is different in size from the 10 or the 20 or 50 or 100 or 200 or 500 (same goes for coins) so that blind people can actually recognize the money they're using. Not sure about the colour though lol

Europeans do tip and for some reason in many places it's considered rude not to. For me though, as a Swede they probably make more money than me. I rarely eat in a restaurant cuz it's expensive af, so if on a rare occasion I can afford it it feels weird to tip for a bare minimum most of the times. A "hello here's your menu" *brings out food* "hope your dinner was alright". Like dude they already earn more than me, now I gotta basically for a hi? No, I will be polite and say my genuine thank yous. I'll call a hotline or something if I wanna pay 10 bucks for a hello 😅

I do tip at resturants here in Germany. It's voluntary though. All my other German friends do that too. My German teacher said people mostly tip +\- 10% of the bill. At some restaurants at Czech Rep they write "service is not included" at the bottom of the bill. In my home country, Indonesia, I almost never tip at restaurants, because the service is already included.

I was a waiter on the ferries to Sweden back in 1988. Worked 12 hour shifts and loved it. Felt more like 4 hours with all the fun we had. Made about 18 dollars an hour. Good wage back then, even in Denmark ☺️
