Ellen Meets Former Inmate-Turned-Boot Camp Trainer

Ellen welcomed Coss Marte, the founder of ConBody, a fitness boot camp that hires formerly incarcerated individuals. He shared his story of his time in prison, where he decided to get in shape and work out in his cell. He ended up not only losing 70 pounds, but helped his fellow inmates lose weight too. He talked about how he had an entire game plan to start his own business upon his release, and now he has trained thousands of people and hired many employees who have come out of the prison system. Coss also taught Ellen and tWitch a few of ConBody's signature exercises. And, to help continue his growing business, Ellen and her friends at TisBest gave him a check for $15,000!

Coss is amazing. I heard about his story back in 2017 after seeing a video of his story on BuzzFeed, I was so inspired and moved by it, I asked my college to host him for a seminar. A few months later he came to our college. I had the honor of meeting him and hosting the seminar that day. Afterwards the participants and I got to experience a ConBody workout. Never have I EVER experienced such a workout. It was AMAZING!! It was intense, incredible and whenever I could feel myself losing stamina and starting to slow, Coss would encourage and push us to give that extra drive to keep going with such ferocity and confidence that you couldn't help but keep pushing on. So amazing to see him on Ellen! Congrats Coss! You are an inspiration and a LEGEND!

Because it's a CROWD where members are CLOSELY seated to one another for more than an hour of taping . And it might be an OPTION also to CHOOSE by the audience since they don't have enough SAFE DISTANCING. Mask mandates might have been lifted BUT are you willing to "gamble" for more than an hour during the taping. It's better /safer to ASSUME that the person seated next to you might be asymptomatic.
