@@akyo_zynk yes, doubt and confidence can help us a lot in life-when in moderation. If you’re constantly doubting yourself, take a moment to be still. Breath. And ask yourself if it’s coming from a place of fear, insecurity, etc. Where’s it stemming from? Then ask yourself if it’s reasonable. As in, is the risk worth it at the present moment? What’s the worse that can happen to you if you do it? What’s the worse that can happen if you don’t? Weigh it yourself and decide if that’s how u want to experience life. I’m also 6’2 (6’4 actually but same thing) the thing I also had to realize is that we’re not really tall we’re just taller than most people around us 😂 but then again how often are we around NBA players

I wish I had this dedication. After working out for 30 minutes, I'll eat a lot and resume after 3 weeks 💀

Dedication / discipline is something that can take time to build. People will say how they “would like to have someone’s discipline” and all that does is further set you back. If you want to be more disciplined, change it. Do something about it.

Instead of 30mins do 5mins 3 times a week. Then add a few mins. Do also burn yourself out in the workout. The idea isnt to go full on every time. But first learn to show up and not make excuses (unless you are sick or hurt.) Make time, get slowly organized too outside of your workouts. You'll see by doing a few minutes you'll learn to enjoy it and actually crave it at times. If you really hate an exercice try an other. There is something for every one. And dont be afraid to suck we all start somewhere. The people who get good dont quite. They stay consistent, adapt to their abilities work on their weaknesses. Side note i start a yoga practice at 28 with a few minutes. Now im 2 years in. And practice 1h min 3 to 4 times a week.

I really respect the hell outta this dude, I know it's not easy getting motivated let alone putting it on social media. But like most of these comments, its hella awesome and motivating. I'm living for it. 👌( ˘ ³˘)♥

That's something which seems deep and meaningful but really it's nonsense. Doubt is doubt, it's not an illusion.

@@JauntyWhale why's that? Doubt is literally stopping you from moving forward in life. People who passed it got successful
