@@akyo_zynk yes, doubt and confidence can help us a lot in life-when in moderation. If you’re constantly doubting yourself, take a moment to be still. Breath. And ask yourself if it’s coming from a place of fear, insecurity, etc. Where’s it stemming from? Then ask yourself if it’s reasonable. As in, is the risk worth it at the present moment? What’s the worse that can happen to you if you do it? What’s the worse that can happen if you don’t? Weigh it yourself and decide if that’s how u want to experience life. Hopefully this makes sense lol You can do it! Your life and your mentality is in your hands. Don’t ever underestimate the power of control you have for yourself.

This isn't bodybuilding. This is calisthenics. Very different. You get much different muscle composition from different workouts. You'd be dumb to look at some kid swinging on a pole a couple times a day till he gets strong enough to hold his bodyweight, then claim the big bodybuilder is fake even though he trained hours every day and watches his food intake like frodo watches his ring. I just hate how people these days think that any guy with big muscles never earned it naturally. It happens all the time.

@@breyochiona9428 dude are you complaining about being 5’10? 5’10 is definitely better than 6’8 unless you wanna be a basketball player. You already above average stop complaining. Maybe you want to be slightly taller, but being taller than like 6-6’1 starts to just get inconvenient. Imagine how cramped airplane seats and crap are. Now imagine them if you a massive dude in the same ones. The world is built for people ~5’9-6’, not people 6’8 or taller. You can’t buy shoes from most places. And if your talking about girls liking tall guys, They mean like above average, which 5’10 is. I understand if you were like 5’6 or shorter preferring to be way above average than below, but damn 5’10 is completely fine and pretty much the best high. You might want an extra inch or two, but you sure as hell don’t want 10 extra inches. At least not those kinds of inches.

Instead of 30mins do 5mins 3 times a week. Then add a few mins. Do also burn yourself out in the workout. The idea isnt to go full on every time. But first learn to show up and not make excuses (unless you are sick or hurt.) Make time, get slowly organized too outside of your workouts. You'll see by doing a few minutes you'll learn to enjoy it and actually crave it at times. If you really hate an exercice try an other. There is something for every one. And dont be afraid to suck we all start somewhere. The people who get good dont quite. They stay consistent, adapt to their abilities work on their weaknesses. Side note i start a yoga practice at 28 with a few minutes. Now im 2 years in. And practice 1h min 3 to 4 times a week.
