Daniel actually it’s not all in your head. Everybody has different things that cause them to experience anxiety. Just going through a lot losing some self worth and being out in public for the world to see can cause horrible anxiety and panic attacks. I have been through it and continue to go through it. I don’t take pills. I have learned to somewhat relieve the anxiety myself but I have been prescribed many things for it. What you may not know is having an anxiety disorder is mental yeah technically it is but unavoidable and hard to control without something to turn to that helps relieve it. I must say though a lot of people turn to meds instead of working through it in a healthier way. Relying on the meds for an emergency or at a desperate time is fine but trading some anxiety for an addiction to pills isn’t a fair deal. I hope Justin continues to heal himself. He’s a good dude.
