What formula did you do when you created the columns L,M,N,O,P? XbarBar+2SE etc...?

Can you explain where you got that table on the Const_Lookup sheet. Is that standard table used to find Sigma or is it a table you created based on your own data?

It is a table of standard conatants that are used to calculate control limits or sigma values for various control chart types and sample sizes. You can find these tables in the back of stats books or online.
