This is one of the things that really bugs me - and long has - about the Sims. Their fun should go up when they're doing work that helps their aspirations! Quick note Molly: you were asking how to make more money on books. Different genre books have different earnings. The higher level you have to be to write a certain genre, the more money in royalties you will receive. Here are the genres (in order of unlocking): Children's Book (unlocked at level "0"), Short Stories-Lvl 3, Poems-Lvl 4, Non-Fiction-Lvl 5, Screenplays-Lvl 6, Fantasy-Lvl 7, Science Fiction-Lvl 8, Mystery-Lvl 9, & Biography-Lvl 10.

Maybe the reason Pagie is okay with killing people is because she only kills people who have done something bad. Like, maybe during that chess match where Lily Feng showed off her... ahem... you know whats...she was with a secret lover and she's actually an adulterer. And slowly, after killing all those people, Pagie starts to believe that she's actually doing a great thing and that she is a good person and eventually her BFF Mahdi (The librarian, I forget how to spell his name) finds out and tries to report her but Pagie is like, "No, Mahdi, I've only killed those who deserve it, I've cleansed the world of them. And now, since you are trying to stop me, I must cleanse the world from you..." And she kills him, The End!

You beat me to it! I was going to comment the same. You can look up all the steps to any aspiration, using an active sim, going to the aspiration tab, and pressing the star. That's also how you can change aspirations, or (if you're strange like me) work on two aspirations at the same time.

I think you should try to match the death type to the trait that the sim has (as much as possible). Like, the glutton sim should die from cow plant, the active sim should die of overexertion. Maybe you could date an elder for the lust (noncommital) one and woohoo them to death. Umm...it doesn't state that the jealous one has to be a boyfriend/girlfriend, but maybe you could get a little romance with them and then cheat on them and get them enraged. Not all of the traits have correlated deaths, obviously, but I think it would be fun to try!

Hi. These series really inspired me to start my own. But i did make a spin on it. In my mind i created a girl, who always felt like there is more than just humans and God. She always felt out of place and not in her own skin...and on nigh, she went for a jog and found a strange old man. He was a vampire. She begged him to turn her, but he was too old for that. But he promised, if she helps to complete his book of life ( 13 souls left), he will ask his son to give her an immortal life. And so there i started...Caleb (the townie vampire) is a son resemblance and I keep in touch with him also on Fridays. So far i am on last part of completing life wish. But it's not easy, already drank 1 potion of youth. First person to know was also a librarian and we share all the same trates, we became BFF and she is my trustee friend, that i will bring along to help with my task...sad to know...she will be the last on my list. It was so hard to find a noncommittal sim...and when i did...i really was happy....so far i have a lover, a bff and show can start. Really looking forward to your new series to see how it all turned out for you. :) This is really fun.

Seems to be bugged for me as well, I tried it again, but the royalties were actually lower than the usually published books, so it really doesn't seem to work as it is intended for me. But you aren't supposed to be able to use it more than once a sim week.
