I have 2 favorite Christmas movies. The first one is A Christmas Story & the second one is The Nightmare Before Christmas. I watch A Christmas Story every year. It's one of my annual traditions every year. On a channel here in the States, they play A Christmas Story for 24 hours straight (12 showings in total) on Christmas Eve at 8pm eastern (I'm on the east coast in PA) & I keep it on all night as I sleep. For Nightmare Before Christmas, I watch it once in a while & I love it.

I want them to scrap ts4.. i want ts5 ( ts3 + 2 joined together but better graphics) with no open world.. but open neighbourhoods. I know we will probably never get anything like the past sims games again because yk.. ea, but its nice to dream.

I'm going to give them props for the men's jacket. Since the catalog is lacking for male Sims, anything they can add for them is a plus! The balance between male:female assets is WAY off, so any little thing they do to help is appreciated by me. The wreath not being able to be walked through is a problem, an why is one reason why this event is annoying. We are ALL going to want to place it on doors. I know I always do. Having it block their routing is a problem, an one that may not get fixed, so now the wreaths are less useful, so why bother? And with the community transitioning from Twitter to BlueSky, and AnswersHQ changing to what, (a forum or something?), I haven't even been following how that will all change come January, but bug chasing is going to be a mess! Anyway, these events add a dose of extra uncertainty onto an already unstable game. I'm not sure the community can take the added stress. It's just not necessary or welcome, even if some of the items (frame tv!) are cool. Thanks for your coverage!

I think this time is more blah and Simple because it's the holidays and people are likely more busy. Ok, sure, but people will just ask why they bothered to begin with. Also trying to keep things to BG only. Which, yeah, definitely not helping, but if they decide to add tasks requiring packs, oh boy. There are already people mad this is a thing, but then if they decide you have to have Realm and of Magic for a task, oh boy.... I think this event thing is ok. However, this frequent is definitely a problem and the limit of sticking to just BG and the anger that'll happen if they decide to incorporate packs. 😅

Hear me out y'all: an Arctic world (Greenland, Alaska or Iceland inspired) where the sun hardly sets in summer and hardly rises in winter!

I’d like to see, more windows and doors (like pvc and modern timber in matching sets), baby to teen decor and clothes there’s not enough variety (wallpapers, bedding patterns, curtains/blinds and carpets) modern bathrooms (I’m board with what we have). Sunrooms, porches and garden decor would be nice, mostly I want garages and cars.

On the clouds: I think it's a play on dream interpretation. They use both Jungian-ish psychotherapy sayings and something you'd find in a "Dream Dictionary" like the one my great-grandmother had (which fits in nicely with Tarot cards.)

I just want multiple lot types, please Sims, surely the functionality is there now if you iron out the for rent bugs? I want to build a library that has a coffee shop… that maybe can be a residence upstairs as well. I also want service sims to turn up and run community lots if they are unowned. This would add sooooo much game play!

Unpopular opinion but I would love an "Into the Future" type of pack that gives our Sims more modern tech like smartwatches, computers, and smarthome kitchen appliances. Would be nice to also see what wacky new and innovative objects they could give us for the "future" aspect of things haha

I, too, am hoping (dare I say, longing) for some kind of Astrology addition to TS4. while having one sims astrological sign per season would be boring, I also think having 16 of them (1 per seasonal week) would be too many; so perhaps having just 8 of them (every 2wks per season) would be just right?. so many fun things could be tied to a sim's astrological sign; how well they could do in certain careers, their natural physical aptitude, how many children they could possibly produce, etc.) let's keep our sims loving finger and toes crossed for this, English Simmer, and maybe it will come true. ;)
