Had Crosby not suffered the concussion issues that shut him down, he was probably on pace for close to 140 maybe 150 points, He was just one another level that year.

@@coreysova1614 he actually had 32g and 65p in the 1st 37 games if u look back. He got injured by steckel in game 38 and tried to play thru that shitty cheap shot and got hit by someone on Toronto I think a few games later in game 41. Then was out for a long time. So he was actually playing even crazier than the stats show that season.

It's a shame he missed out on his peak years. As amazing as his career has been, 2 Harts and 2 Art Ross trophies is a bit disappointing compared to what he should have won. McDavid is already about to get his 3rd Art Ross and I'm starting to see people say he's better than Crosby ever was. I strongly disagree with that take but if he ends up with 5-6 scoring titles it will be hard to argue.

Yeah, Crosby already led his team to a cup at this point! Definitely, if Mcdavid gets the scoring titles and lands himself a cup then that argument is gonna be a tough one. I love both players anyways, best of the best!

Even if he gets the scoring titles hes not gonna get the titles bc hes not as good as crosby was and never will be

That 2010-11 year he would of had Art Ross, Ted Lindsay, Hart, Rocket Richard and who knows in the playoffs possibly conn smythe and cup.. he was coming off a cup season in 2009 and olympic gold in 2010
